Epic RecordsHeading into Thanksgiving, Meghan Trainor certainly has a lot to be thankful for this holiday season. Not only did she score one of the biggest hits of 2014 with “All About That Bass,” but her new album is coming out in January, followed by a headlining tour, and a Grammy nomination may not be out of the question. No wonder she describes her life as “a dream.”
Asked what she’ll be most thankful for this year, Meghan tells ABC News Radio, simply, “Life. My songs, and all this happening. This is incredible.” She adds, “Everything is a dream. It’s like a movie.”
In fact, Meghan says she’s eager for all the cool stuff she’s getting to do — like presenting on Sunday night’s American Music Awards — to be documented for posterity.
“My brother was saying he should maybe just tape a GoPro to his head for wherever we go,” she laughs. “Because, like, we meet cool people every day, it’s ridiculous!”
You can catch Meghan performing at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Thursday on NBC.
