Andrew Rayel is one of Armada\’s most promising younger artists. I got the chance to speak with Andrew at the artist mansion inside TomorrowWorld in Atlanta to talk about his meteoric rise to fame.

Andrew details the process of becoming an electronic dance music DJ from his first interest through his contract negotiations. Andrew says that he places a lot of faith in the opinion of his brother, with whom he is very close. He says he runs all of his music by his brother, who is very honest and open about his opinions. That first time Andrew heard his music on the radio was incredibly exciting for him, and he continues to be surprised when he hears that someone like Armin, Dash Berlin, or W&W will be playing his music during a show. He also confirms that most of the time, he knows that his track will be played BEFORE the actual show.
